APPLYING FOR GRANTS

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS A GRANT, PLEASE FILL OUT THE GRANT INQUIRY FORM AND SUBMIT ONLINE.  YOU MAY ALSO CALL THE FOUNDATION OFFICES AT 315-474-2489.

You will receive a call from a member of our Program Staff to discuss your project.

Our DCCO grants are available to agencies and organizations  - you must be invited to submit a proposal so please use the link above to submit a Grant Inquiry form. If you are invited to apply you will receive guidelines - our deadlines are rolling.

Once your application is completely submitted please be aware that it will mostly like be at least two months before you receive a final answer. As you begin to think about making a request, please be conscious of the time needed to meet with staff, prepare and submit a proposal, and find out the results.

In addition we have a new Initiative for small grants.Through our “What If” Mini-grant Initiative, the Foundation seeks to fund neighborhood associations made up of concerned citizens as they work to develop their neighborhood’s resources and assets.  This includes supporting efforts that encourage inclusion of diverse populations in decisions that affect their community. Please visit the "What If" Initiative page to learn more.
