Community Capacity Grant applications:

We also welcome the opportunity to discuss our capacity and program grants with any organization. We ask that you schedule an appointment with Gifford staff to discuss the process by calling 315-474-2489. For more information on capacity and program grants please see the Grantmaking section of this website. Commencing March 1, 2010 the Foundation has eliminated deadlines for the Community Capacity grants - all submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.  Organizations must be invited to submit a proposal.  Intakes are conducted as needed.

Once your application is completely submitted please be aware that it will mostly like be at least two months before you receive a final answer. As you begin to think about making a request, please be conscious of the time needed to meet with staff, prepare and submit a proposal, and find out the results.
